Conference Fees:
On-Site Registration Fee: $75.00 per person

Methods of Payment:
Check made payable to Creative Center for Childhood Research & Training (CCCRT).
Purchase order made payable to Creative Center for Childhood Research & Training. The original P.O. must be attached (no requisition numbers accepted). The Federal ID# is 59-3130968.
Credit Cards accepted are American Express, MasterCard and Visa. The charge will appear as Creative Center for Childhood Research & Training on your credit card statement.

Refund Policy: Cancellations much be confirmed in writing and received (not postmarked) by July 10, 2008. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date or for "no shows." Substitutes are welcome.
