Conference Registration




Conference Fees:
Registration Fee: $75.00 per person (received by July 11)
On-Site Registration Fee: $100.00 per person
Research Presentation includes lunch, Cost: $35.00 per person (space limited)

Methods of Payment:
Check made payable to Creative Center for Childhood Research & Training (CCCRT).
Purchase order made payable to Creative Center for Childhood Research & Training. The original P.O. must be attached (no requisition numbers accepted). The Federal ID# is 59-3130968.
Credit Cards accepted are American Express, MasterCard and Visa. The charge will appear as Creative Center for Childhood Research & Training on your credit card statement.

Registration:
If you are interested in registering for the conference, you have three options:
Complete the online registration form and submit it with your credit card information;
Complete the online registration form and fax it with your credit card information to (850) 893-4174; or
Complete the online registration form and mail it with your check, credit card information or purchase order to: ATTN: Frankie Allen, Conference Coordinator, One Goal Summer Conference, 13177 Old Settlement Road, Tallahassee, FL 32309.


All mail-in registrations must be received (not postmarked) by July 11, 2013. After July 11, register on-site.

We are unable to accept registrations without check, money order, credit card or purchase order.

Refund Policy: Cancellations much be confirmed in writing and received (not postmarked) by July 11, 2013. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date or for "no shows." Substitutes are welcome.

Special Assistance:
In accordance with Title III of the American Disability Act, we invite all registrants to advise us of any disability and any request for accommodations to that disability. Your request should be submitted as far as possible in advance of the conference by calling (850) 893-6270.

CEUs will be available.
Western Kentucky University will be providing Continuing Education Units for early childhood professionals attending the Conference for an additional cost. CEU registration will be available on-site. Please call the Conference Office (850-893-6270) with any questions concerning CEUs.
