Exhibitor Information

The One Goal Summer Conference brings together 1000 early education and care providers from around the state. It is designed to share information on best practices in the field and to build common frameworks of knowledge and to share innovative programs, practices and techniques for improving services and outcomes for all Florida's children.

Exhibitors are invited to submit an application to display at the One Goal Summer Conference. Since the purpose of this conference is to present appropriate practices and materials identified by organizations such as the National Association for the Education of Young Children, exhibitors are strongly urged to feature materials which meet these standards and criteria. Companies are encouraged to display only developmentally appropriate materials that are multi-cultural and support the play of the young child with and without disabilities. Paper/pencil activities for young children are strongly discouraged for this conference.

A 6' table will be available for a table top display of your materials. An additional 6' table will be available for any extra materials you may wish to bring. Tablecloths will be provided for the tables, but you may wish to bring our own table sign/banner to identify your company.

The conference fee is $350.00. We have two options: $350.00 (check or credit card) or $150.00 (check or credit card) and $200.00 (minimum value) of door prizes which are representative of your company and developmentally appropriate for the classroom. The committee reserves the right to reject door prizes not appropriate. Door prizes are awarded during our Closing Session on Friday.

If you wish to be considered, please complete the online application and forward it to our office by May 15, 2008. In addition to your application, you are encouraged to submit information pertinent to the materials which you will be exhibiting at the conference, such as catalogs, brochures, and child use materials. Because exhibition space is limited, this information will be used in selecting exhibitors.

Download the PDF application and mail it with your check or credit card information. Credit card applications may be faxed to (850) 893-4174. If your software is capable, you can fill out the PDF form on your computer and print it out.
